1. Services
CoreLimin provides:
- WordPress website design and development
- Digital marketing services (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
- SEO, lead generation, and related services
All services are governed by a separate Service Agreement / Proposal sent to the client.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- 50% advance payment is required to start any project.
- Remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion and before website handover.
- Digital marketing monthly packages are paid in advance.
- We reserve the right to pause or stop work if payments are delayed.
3. Project Timeline
- Delivery timelines (10–18 days) are estimates only.
- Delays due to client feedback, content provision, or third-party issues may extend the timeline.
4. Revisions & Changes
- Basic revisions are included in all packages.
- Major design changes or additional features after approval will be charged extra.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate content, images, and logos in time.
- Give timely feedback and approvals.
- Ensure all provided content does not violate copyright laws.
6. Intellectual Property
- Once full payment is received, the client owns the final website design and content.
- We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio.
- All source code, plugins, and third-party tools remain our property until full payment.
7. Refund Policy
- No refunds after project work has started.
- 50% advance is non-refundable.
- Refunds are only possible before any work begins (minus any transaction fees).
8. Limitation of Liability
CoreLimin will not be liable for:
- Any loss of business, revenue, or profit
- Downtime caused by hosting providers
- Issues arising from third-party plugins or services
- Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by the client
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if the client:
- Violates these terms
- Engages in abusive behavior
- Fails to make due payments
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the new terms.
