These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://corelimin.com/ (the “Website”) and the services provided by Corelimin (also referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Corelimin”), a digital marketing and web development agency based in Multan, Pakistan. By accessing or using our Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Our Services

We provide:

  • WordPress Website Design & Development (including LMS, Hospital/Medical, Company, Blog, WooCommerce Stores, etc.)
  • Digital Marketing Services (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Management, etc.)
  • Website Maintenance, Support, and related consulting services

All services are provided subject to a separate Service Agreement, Proposal, or Quote that details scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. These Terms apply to all services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By:

  • Browsing our Website,
  • Submitting a contact form,
  • Signing a proposal/ agreement, or
  • Making payment,

you accept these Terms and any additional terms in your project agreement. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Pakistani law. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and materials for your project.
  • Obtain all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content (text, images, logos, etc.) you supply.
  • Ensure your use of our services complies with all applicable Pakistani laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.
  • Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

5. Project Process, Revisions & Approvals

  • We will provide a proposal outlining scope, milestones, and timelines.
  • You must review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe (usually 3-7 business days unless specified).
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be charged at our hourly rate or as per a change order.
  • Delays caused by you (late feedback, content, or approvals) may result in timeline extensions and additional costs.

6. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: As quoted in the proposal. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes (e.g., Sales Tax) unless mentioned.
  • Payment Schedule: Typically 30-50% advance, balance on milestones or completion. Specific terms will be in your agreement.
  • Late Payments: Overdue amounts attract a late fee of 2% per month.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds on completed work or setup fees. Partial refunds may be considered only for uncompleted work at our sole discretion. All sales are final after project acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our Work: Until full and final payment is received, all rights, title, and interest in the designs, code, graphics, and materials we create remain with Corelimin. Upon full payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the deliverables for your business purposes.
  • Source Code: We do not provide full source code ownership unless explicitly agreed and paid for.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a license to use it for the project.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or reuse our templates, frameworks, or designs for other websites without permission.

8. Third-Party Services & Plugins

We may use or recommend third-party tools (hosting, themes, plugins, Google/Facebook Ads accounts, etc.). You are responsible for complying with their terms. We are not liable for changes, downtime, or price increases by third parties.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We warrant that our custom work will substantially conform to the approved proposal.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., ranking #1 on Google, specific number of leads/sales). Digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.
  • Services are provided “as is”. We disclaim all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from your modifications, third-party plugins, or hosting issues after handover.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, Corelimin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other materially breaches and fails to remedy it within 14 days.
  • Upon termination, you pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information (business strategies, client data, pricing, etc.) secure and not disclose it without consent, except as required by law.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and process data. We comply with applicable Pakistani laws including the (draft) Personal Data Protection Act where relevant.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any agreements are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Pakistan.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, etc.).

16. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement together with your project proposal/agreement.
  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • We may assign our rights; you may not without our consent.
